Low Oxygen saturation
Abnormal O2 sat
PaCO2 > 50 mm/Hg
PaO2 < 60 mm/Hg
Pulmonary Edema
Respiratory distress/insufficiency
Abnormal respiratory rate
Use of accessory muscles/tripoding
Wheezing

Tachypnea
