We need to assign 042 as the Principal diagnosis when the patient admitted for treatment of the following conditions
            Candidiasis (thrush)

            Cervical cancer

            CMV (cytomegalovirus)

            Cryptococcal meningitis

            Cryptosporidiosis

            HIV-associated brain impairment

            Kaposi’s sarcoma

            Lymphoma

            Mycobacterium avium intracellulare

            PCP (pneumocystis pneumonia)

            Thrombocytopenia

            Toxoplasmosis


            Tuberculosis (TB)

    In many diseases a man can feel stress and pain in their bodies like cancer . The cancer patients take radiation to cure the disease but the radiations effects the other body part of the human .
